COMFORT AND WELL-BEING IN THE HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT THROUGH GASTRONOMY
The Capim Santo restaurant arrives at Hospital Sírio Libanês (HSL) with the proposal of, through excellent cuisine, providing moments of comfort and well-being in the hospital environment.
At the head of the project, chef Morena Leite prints in the new space one of the main premises that guide all her work: to offer a welcoming atmosphere through her recipes. “The goal is to feed people well in all senses, the body and emotions. Pleasantly, balanced, healthy and with a lot of affection”, says the chef.
With her tropical Brazilian cuisine presented in dishes inspired by affective memories, the chef prioritizes the quality and freshness of ingredients (choosing organic and sustainable whenever possible), values local ingredients and is attentive to nutritional balance. This union results in a cuisine full of flavor and good energy.
The restaurant serves doctors, employees, companions and other people who are at the HSL.
