Capim Santo buffet
“we have the right seasoning for your event”

Officially launched in 2005, Buffet Capim Santo was born to meet the great demand of customers who asked for an increasingly personalized service. With a team of approximately 250 employees, Buffet Capim Santo has the capacity to hold events for up to 5,000 people.

Among the various events prepared by the group, the cocktail commemorating the Year of Brazil in France in 2005, when chef Morena Leite prepared the menu served to 500 guests at Praça da Bastille, should be highlighted; the Pestana Palace 2007 event, in Portugal; the Signa Tour Room 2001; the APEX event in Dubai in 2009, in addition to several events for the Dória group, in 2010.

In 2011, serving Tetra Pak, the team received about a thousand  people per day during Fispal and in the same year, in an event held for the Municipality of São Paulo at the Municipal Theater, the buffet prepared a cocktail served to over 1,500 people. The buffet has also prepared dinners for Princess Helena of Spain and former President Fernando Henrique Cardoso.

He is also responsible for some major events in Trancoso, such as New Year's Eve parties for 2,000 people and weddings held by the sea.

With such initiatives, Buffet Capim Santo is increasingly consolidated in the catering market for large and small events, adapting and meeting the requests of customers in Brazil and abroad. With a team of approximately 250 employees, Buffet Capim Santo has the capacity to hold events for up to 5,000 people.

In the first quarter of 2013, major partnerships were closed. Buffet Capim Santo attended the VIP box of Elton John's show in February at the Jockey Club.

It was present as the official restaurant and catering of the SP Fashion Week stands and signed a partnership with Cirque du Soleil, running the “Tapis Rouge” during the entire Corteo season in Brazil, in the six capitals where the show passed. Since 2012 it is the official restaurant of SP/Arte Bienal.

Large fairs are also on the list of customers of Buffet Capim Santo. We are at Fispal, Brasken, Salão do Automóvel, among others.

The buffet continues   consolidating as an option for charm, sophistication and contemporary Brazilian cuisine anywhere.
