And also, to provoke the process of discovering children's taste with colors, temperatures, textures and flavors, to leave an affective and pleasant memory of this chapter of such an important phase in the formation of the human being.
Our main ingredient is a team that is united, qualified and committed to the soul of the kitchen.
Our team multiplies learning and continues to be supervised by chef Morena Leite. And the important thing is not what we do, but why we do it and how we do it.
It's been 40 years of Capim Santo Restaurant, 20 of Capim Santo Buffet and 11 years of Capim Santo Institute.
We are proud to wake up every day to produce food that provides experiences and learning about life, nature and collaboration.
We have solidity, structured processes and security that allow us to handcraft quality food on an industrial scale.
